Hourly rate: $17 - $20 per hour

We are looking for caregivers to join our team on a per diem or as needed basis. Locations would include traveling to the Nashua, Salem, Derry, Manchester, Concord, Milford, and Jaffrey areas. Eminence Home Care offers 24/7 in-home assistance and care for clients residing in Manchester and neighboring communities. Our primary goal is to assist clients in overcoming the obstacles they encounter in their daily lives whether that be from a recent hospitalization, dealing with chronic illnesses, or physical disabilities. Our dedicated team of caregivers are devoted to providing compassionate and personalized care, ensuring that clients and their loved ones are reassured and supported within the familiar confines of their own homes.

How you will make a difference:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Assist with mobility including transferring and ambulation.
• Prepare and assist with meals and feeding.
• Provide medication reminders as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation.
• Assist with light housekeeping and run errands as needed.

Requirements

• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• Criminal background and health screening.
• Professional reference check.
• Willingness to travel is required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be fluent in English.
