Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Supervisor to join our team. As a Landscape Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various landscaping projects. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to supervise a team.

Duties:
- Plan and execute landscape projects, including lawn care, garden installations, and building structures
- Perform groundskeeping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and maintaining flower beds
- Supervise a team of landscapers, providing guidance and instruction as necessary
- Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide recommendations

Experience:
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team
- In-depth knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during projects
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week

• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed
