Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled Asphalt Workers to join our team. The Asphalt Worker is a key member to asphalt paving projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in asphalt paving operations including preparation and finishing work.
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure functionality and safety.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations on job sites.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with asphalt paving processes and techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in raking / shoveling asphalt
