JOB DESCRIPTION
Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you as a Facilities Engineering Technician - AutoCAD! Based in our Chanhassen, MN location, you will provide technical support to create and maintain a world-class environment that supports innovative products and technologies to meet the needs of our customers.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Apply continuous improvement with a focus on safety, reliability, sustainability, and cost
• Develop and maintain detailed drawings to support space plans and layouts for office and manufacturing spaces
• Field verify existing conditions
• Partner with EHS to assist with safety investigations and regulatory compliance
• Provide technical assistance to the maintenance staff
• Support 3 Emerson sites in the SW Twin Cities metro area

You're a positive individual who communicates and relates well to individuals of different roles, levels, and backgrounds. You navigate effectively through difficult, dynamic, and ambiguous situations. You are organized and pay attention to details. You enjoy variety and can remain focused on many tasks and projects.
For This Role, You Will Need:

• 2-year Technical degree
• Three (3) years of related work experience
• Proficiency in 2D AutoCAD
• Office or Factory Layouts
• Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position
