Minimum QualificationsEducation
Graduate of an educational program that meets eligibility for ARDMS registry.
ExperiencePrevious experience as a sonographer strongly preferred.
Licensure and/or Certification
Current registration with ARDMS; or ARDMS-eligible with ARDMS achieved within 1 year of hire.
BLS healthcare provider required.
SkillsUltrasound scanning skills in vascular, OBGYN, abdominal and small parts required.
Must be able to understand oral and written medical/radiological/sonographic terminology.
Must have comprehension of cross-sectional anatomy and correlation with anatomical structures.
Must be able to identify pathological processes.
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English required.
Computer Skills Required.Ability to maintain confidential information.
