If you are a Shipping Associate professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our Stafford, TX location, you will be responsible for shipments of finished goods, raw materials, and other inter-company shipments.

AS A SHIPPING ASSOCIATE, YOU WILL :

• Prepare and process domestic and international shipments accurately in a timely manner.
• Answer questions regarding shipment status from internal and external customers.
• Monitor shipment status and effectively communicate with all parties involved to ensure smooth on time pick up and deliveries.
• Ensure past due orders are shipped immediately upon receipt.
• Prepare shipping labels, bills of lading, and other forms as required by our customers and export partners.
• Contact carriers and schedule shipments both domestic and international.
• Support project planning personnel with updated shipment reporting.
• Organize and maintain hard copies and electronic documentation that support shipping transactions.

High School Diploma / GED

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS :

• SAP experience
• Experience with BOL's, shipping and trade compliance
• Experience with generating commercial invoice and filing AES for trade compliance
