As we boldly reimagine our business and identify ways to accelerate growth even further, Emerson has identified specialty diagnostics as a key element of strategy. In this regard, we recently expanded our service offering to include specialty diagnostics capabilities. The Diagnostics Market Owner will be responsible for developing and executing an aggressive strategy to drive utilization of our current offering and, as importantly, identify new ways to incorporate specialty diagnostics into our overall business strategy. We are seeking an imaginative, results-driven, entrepreneurially minded leader to own this initiative.

What You'll Do:

• Development of deep understanding of the diagnostic laboratory market, including specialty and conventional labs and developing a 3-5 year strategy to establish this capability as a key strategic pillar
• Building and executing annual plans in furtherance of the strategy
• Identifying, onboarding and managing resources
• Establishing and managing strategic relationships with key industry stakeholders
• Allocating budget resources and managing operational costs
• Driving business and financial performance
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams at Emerson to enable success

Minimum Qualifications Required:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in strategic marketing, strategic planning, corporate development, general management or strategy consulting
• Masters Business Administration from top tier business school preferred
• Prior Experience in the specialty diagnostics market a plus
