Job Summary:
Responsible for facilitating day to day activities of the workgroups to ensure effective future state design and risk remediation of business operations focus areas. Provides subject matter expertise across multiple domains and collaborates with other stakeholders to ensure cross-functional integration of revenue cycle processes Identifies, remediates/escalates key program impacts, considerations, challenges, gaps, risks/issues, success factors and improvement opportunities to Business Operations council and program leadership.

Minimum qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience. An additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted for degree requirements

• Must have experience managing Information Technology related projects

• Strong leadership, written/oral communications, analysis, data gathering and organization skills

• Well versed in life cycle and project management methodologies

• Experience in tracking costs, schedule and performance progress

• Able to identify and mitigate risks

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific /technical discipline

• Must have strong HP ALM experience

• Nursing informatics and/or other strong clinical background with testing experience, interface testing, project work

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience implementing Electronic Health Records, to include Cerner EHR
• DoD and VA experience preferred
• Preferred Millennium experience on code levels 2018 or higher
• Preferred understanding of Cerner Model recommendations
• Experience with Cerner Millennium Back office Revenue Cycle, specifically build and configuration experience in Patient Accounting

• Annual Salary: $100,000-$130,000
