Who We Are:

We're not just a preschool; we are a close school family in a team-teaching environment where just as the students are learning and growing each day, so are we! Emergent Kids Preschool is a new school with a vision. We are up to something bigger! We serve students ages 2-6 years old and use a blend of Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and traditional approaches to learning. Our main focus is on social and emotional learning, and we use a Conscious Discipline approach (please look up the organization for reference).

As a new educational community, we're in search of vibrant, qualified, and dedicated educators who are ready to plant their roots and grow with us. We have positions available for full-time teachers and part-time assistants/supports with each role being pivotal in our collective journey.

Your first 90 days with us are an investment in your future - a paid provisional period where your performance will pave the way for rewards and recognition. Following this phase, you will be working with us on a comprehensive review of your performance. Additionally, you may also rewarded with potential raises and signing bonuses.

Compensation & Beyond:

Your expertise and commitment are invaluable, and it's reflected in our competitive pay range of $15-$20 per hour based on your education and experience. What's more, as our enrollment flourishes, so do your opportunities for financial growth. After your provisional period, you'll be eligible for a performance review and a potential $1 raise, a testament to our unwavering belief in your abilities.
