The Indiana University School of Social Work (IUSSW) is a university-wide system school with an MSW Program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education since 1923 and a BSW Program accredited since 1975. The IUSSW is headquartered at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) and uniquely houses a Department of Labor Studies. The School has programs on campuses across the state of Indiana including Indianapolis, Bloomington, Richmond, Gary, New Albany, Fort Wayne, and South Bend. As the primary provider of Indiana’s social work workforce, the School enrolls over 1,800 students across programs (PhD, MSW, BSW) and campuses. Guided by an authentic commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, the IUSSW is nationally and internationally recognized for educating leaders of tomorrow through community-engaged practice, research, and partnerships to positively impact individuals and society. The IUSSW Lafayette program operates as an extension of the IUPUI MSW program. As the state’s premier urban research institution, IUPUI is committed to being a welcoming campus community that reflects and enacts the values of diversity, equity and inclusion that inform academic excellence. We seek candidates who will not only enhance our representational diversity but whose research, teaching, and community engagement efforts contribute to diverse, equitable, and inclusive learning and working environments for our students, staff, and faculty. IUPUI condemns racism in all its forms and has taken an anti-racist stance that moves beyond mere statements to interrogating its policies, procedures, and practices.
