EMERGENCY DENTAL CARE USA is Hiring a Dental Office Manager - Experienced Near Everett, WA

Our office is looking for a Dental Office Manager to join our talented team. If you are upbeat, looking to work in a high volume dental office with great culture and work-life balance, then this is the job for you!
We are looking for a person with superb time management, a self-starter, strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and lead a team while maintaining a patient-focused atmosphere within the front office. Knowledge of Dentrix or Dentrix Ascend Software is preferred, however we are willing to train the right candidate.
Job responsibilities include

  • Greet and check in patients in a friendly manner.
  • Responsible for management of schedule.
  • Maintain a full schedule of patients daily.
  • Assist patients with understanding and accepting their clinical diagnosis.
  • Calculate fees for dental treatment.
  • Coordinate financial agreements for the patient's financial responsibility for dental treatment
  • Responding to patient billing or financial inquiries, directing to appropriate departments, as necessary.
  • Support the front desk staff members by fulfilling patient care responsibilities.
  • Assist with other office duties as requested or needed.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in patient scheduling.
  • Experience in Dentrix or Dentrix Ascend preferred.
  • Highly effective verbal and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Professionalism in all aspects of the job
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Spanish preferred but not required.

Pay: $24.00 - $36.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
