Emergency Animal Hospital in Leander, TX is looking for highly trained and experienced Client Doctor Liaison who are able to provide friendly compassionate service under stressful situations.
The Emergency Animal Hospital of Crystal Falls is a state of the art facility servicing North Austin and surrounding areas 365 days a year. Offering 24/7 emergency and critical care services including on-site diagnostics, digital x-ray, ultrasound, surgery and compassionate patient care. This role will act as the liaison between our veterinarians, support staff, clients, and referring veterinarians. Our Client Doctor Liaisons are directly responsible for oversight of patient care and client financial matters. Critical thinking skills and a solutions-based approach are essential elements for success in this position.
  • intermediary between clients and veterinary staff; as well as medical team and support staff
  • empathetic and concise demeanor when communicating with clients
  • ability to discuss and convey medical information clearly and concisely
  • comfortable reviewing and explaining financials to clients
  • facilitate patient visits, discharges, and transfers
  • maintain proper patient records and correspondence

3-5 years of Emergency/Critical Care Veterinary Technician experience required
1 year of Customer Service experience in a veterinary hospital setting required
