About Us: We are seeking Work Flow Coordinators to become a part of our radiology practice. We are a solid growing mid-size Teleradiology company in business for 16 years. We provide medical care to patients all over the United States. We are looking for an energetic individual with solid organizational skills. Dedication to details and quality service with a positive attitude is a must. You will be a valuable member of our team and have the opportunity to be part of an expanding medical business.
Job Description/Responsibilities: Responsible for following the work flow of exams performed. Consistently communicate between our radiologists and the facilities we serve. Provide customer service and continue building strong relationships with our customers. Able to work Overtime as needed. Can work from home.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior Medical office experience. Radiology & Medical Terminology experience a plus. General customer experience is a must.
Required Qualifications: Highly-Efficient, Extremely Organized Multi-tasker. Strong Computer skills. Excellent customer service attitude & delivery. Above average phone skills. Multi-tasking. Must work well with others in a close-knit team environment. Remote positions require high-speed internet access & phone service.
Experience: Will train.
Degree Required: High school diploma/some college
Compensation: Hourly rate starting at $15 including shift differential & 1.5 OT over 40/wk as applicable. Raises available with performance reviews.
Current schedule available:
Wednesday: 7 pm - 7 am
Thursday: 7 pm - 7 am
Friday: 7 pm - 7 am
Saturday: 7 pm - 7 am & 7 am - 7 pm
Sunday: 7 am - 7 pm
To accommodate for 40 hours/week needs a fourth day with hours of 7 pm - 11 pm will be added on an agreed upon day.
