Description
We are seeking a motivated and creative Entry-Level Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. The Marketing Assistant will support the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns designed to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or individuals new to the marketing field to gain hands-on experience and grow within our company.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns
• Create and manage content for social media platforms
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify target audiences
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Support the marketing team in organizing and executing promotional events and activities
• Assist in the production of marketing materials, such as brochures and newsletters
• Conduct competitor analysis to understand market landscape and identify opportunities

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree).
• Previous experience in marketing through internships, coursework, or personal projects is a plus.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with the ability to work independently when necessary.
