Customer Service Associate / Cashier
Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Scan and bag items for customers
- Process returns and exchanges
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist customers with locating products and answering questions
- Promote and upsell products to increase sales
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of technology sales to assist customers with electronic devices and accessories
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in cash handling procedures, including counting money, processing payments, and providing change accurately
