Responsibilities:
- Perform general janitorial duties, including cleaning and sanitizing designated areas
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean and disinfect restrooms and replenish supplies
- Dust and wipe down surfaces
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and fixing minor repairs
- Follow established safety procedures and guidelines
- Adhere to cleaning schedules and ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
Skills:
- Experience in industrial cleaning or commercial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques, including buffing and waxing
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and carpet cleaners
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of basic facilities maintenance is a plus
