Emerald Care Center Midwest is looking to add a motivated and team-oriented Occupational Therapist to our Skilled Nursing Facility.
Job Duties include but are not limited to
- Evaluations
- Progress Notes, and Discharges
- Clinical coaching and development of supervised clinical staff
- Clinical development and oversight of both Skilled and Long Term Care residents
- Looking for an individual who is highly motivated for optimal patient care with good time management and a strong team first mindset
Documentation System
- Rehab Optima
- Point Click Care (Knowledge/Familiarity preferred)
Qualifications
- Licensed as an Occupational Therapist for State of Oklahoma
