Emerald Coast Vacation Rentals is Hiring a Property inspector Near Destin, FL
Job Description
We are looking for a fast paced, detail-oriented property inspector to inspect vacation rental properties. In this role, you will evaluate properties for compliance with company standards.
You will also check to ensure the property has all items promised to guests by our company. You may be required to perform small maintenance repairs in the event that you detect one during an inspection.
You will communicate large maintenance repairs, and other important findings, to the respective departments upon completion of your inspection.
Job Responsibilities
- Report maintenance issues and schedule maintenance as necessary
- Prepare properties for guest arrivals
- Maintain property inventory and staging
- Deliver needed items to guests
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Schedule
This is a part-time position based in Destin, FL. This role will require work in Destin, Miramar Beach, and 30A.
Working days will be Sunday through Saturday with scheduled shifts based on business needs.
Weekend work is required.
