OVERVIEW

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for leading and supervising the day-to-day operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed and best cleaning practices are observed.

DUTIES

As a Housekeeping Supervisor you will be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards. Duties includes but are not limited to:

• Help provide proficiency training to the housekeeping staff
• Coordinate task(s) to housekeeping staff and ensures all designated task(s) are accomplished in a timely manner.
• Demonstrates work consistency based on company standards,
• Supervises the Housekeepers, inspects guestrooms and public areas throughout the resort while assuring the employees have the supplies necessary to perform their duties
• Coordinate the inventory process to ensure required supplies are fully stocked
• Documents and communicates maintenance requests to the engineering department to ensure service quality standards are met
• Accommodates guest(s) request(s) or in an event of any discrepancy occurs and resolves it in a timely manner.
• Will be required to work in a fast-paced stressful environment
• Other duties as assigned by management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week

Experience:

• Cleaning & Sanitation Managers & Supervisors: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Corpus Christi, TX 78401: Relocate before starting work (Required)
