Job Title: Site Manager
Job Summary:
As the Site Manager at our Clients Industrial Site, this individual will be expected to plan, direct, and coordinate activities of Facility Maintenance to ensure that client's needs are met and/or exceeded by performing facilities maintenance duties to be completed personally or through delegation. The Site Manager is expected to be the key interface between the Facilities Maintenance staff and all in scope third party contractors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversight of direct services and facility crew to include such employees as electricians, mechanics, HVAC technicians and other facilities maintenance employees
Management of subcontractor relationships
Qualifications:
Technical Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college. Three to five years' experience in Production/Manufacturing Environment desired
Proficient in Microsoft Office and email and will possess the aptitude to be trained in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
