EMCOR Group, Inc. is Hiring a Refrigeration technician Near Rochester, NY
EMCOR Services Betlem is looking for a specialty refrigeration service technician with 5 years plus experience to perform and provide various types of commercial HVAC&R service;
assist with repairs on low-temp freezers, assure that service calls, preventative maintenance, and projects assigned are organized, performed safely, and completed on time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond to commercial / industrial HVAC&R service calls as required / dispatched
- Refrigeration system service experience required (specialty training on low-temp equipment a plus)
- Follow company procedures for all service work.
- Provide required support in estimating service work and coordination of projects.
- Provide office with cost estimates for repair work.
- Comply with corporate policy on safety, work ethics and time constraints.
- Ensure that work is executed as estimated and scheduled.
- Participate in the on-call program
- Assist project and service managers with new accounts
Qualifications
- Clean Driving Record
- EPA Certification
- OSHA Certification
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening
- 5 years experience minimum
