Summary:

MOR PPM Inc. seeks a general labor position located in Palatka, Florida at the Seminole Plant site. Full-time temporary employee position working dayshift, 7am-330pm, Monday thru Friday (There may be some nightshift or overtime). The pay rate for this assignment is $12.87/hr.

Job Title: General Laborer

Performs intensive physical construction labor duties/tasks to complete projects. Must be willing to perform a variety of tasks depending on project at various construction sites. The ideal candidate has a sense of ownership, is enthusiastic, is honest, and shows pride in their work and in being part of a team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• General Labor, lifting, climbing, hosing, working at different heights, enclosed tanks (containers), working inside and outside.

Physical Requirements/Job Site Requirements:

• May be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Must posses enough strength and stamina to perform the technical duties and essential functions as identified above
• Must be able to move in and around confided spaces and uneven areas
• Must have full range of motion consistent with age
• Must be able to climb and maintain balance ladders
• Must be able to adequately hear and respond to voice commands and alerts from other employees, alarms and other job-related noises
• Visual acuity, depth perception and color discrimination consistent with that required to work at heights and on uneven surfaces
• Safety/Steel toe shoes are required.
• Valid Drivers License or picture ID
• One other form of identification such as social security card, birth certificate etc.

• Interpersonal skills such as oral, verbal and written communication and reasoning is required.
