Job Title : BAS / Controls Service Technician (HVAC)

Job Summary : EMCOR Services New England Mechanical (NEMSI) is an established mechanical and controls contractor with offices throughout the Northeast.

We are currently seeking experienced a BAS / Controls Service Technician (HVAC) to join our Latham, NY Operations Group.

Responsibilities are to maintain, trouble shoot, repair and operate commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have a background and / or interest in building control systems.

This position requires good customer service relations, the ability to respond on a moment's notice, and strong communication skills.
