Position Overview:
We are searching for a full-time Estimator I to join our growing team in Colorado. The Estimator I (E1) position is responsible for performing estimating take-off and associated support for the work procurement team. The E1 is expected to work with customers collaboratively and respectfully in preparing estimates and with staff and vendors to perform general estimating and work procurement activities to meet both project and company objectives.
Regular working hours are Monday through Friday 7:00am-4:00pm in our Lakewood office. Hybrid office/remote working schedules possible following probationary period. This position offers weekends off as well as an enjoyable team-oriented environment. This position offers a competitive annual salary of $50,000 - $65,000.

COMPENSATION RANGE: Salary Range for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 and is based upon years of experience that is commensurate with the level of the position.
Other Compensation: Eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus in accordance with Company policy.
