As the Project Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the construction projects. You will work closely with project teams and subcontractors to ensure the successful execution of projects while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

The Corporate Headquarters is located in San Antonio, and we have active projects in 8 cities across 6 states: Arizona, Colorado, Texas, Tennessee, North Carolina, and Florida. We currently manage 11,000 units and have 6,000 units under construction. In 2024, our 50th year in business, we will have developed 50,000 total units.

POSITION OBJECTIVE
Lead and Inspire: As a Project Superintendent, your primary objective will be to ensure the successful, timely, and high-quality completion of construction projects.
Champion of Schedule and Quality: Ensuring our projects are completed on schedule while prioritizing safety and quality.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND SUCCESS FACTORS
EDUCATION
A bachelor's degree in Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
