Where do you fit?

To be a successful Director of Data Services you must become able to do the following always:

Assist with strategy, planning, development, evaluation, and coordination for Data Services (electronic health record-EHR Training and Administration, DDI/CCWIS, Reporting and Data Analysis) systems company wide.

Monitor and maintain company client record databases (MyEvolv, CCWIS). Ensure programs are implemented and trained on current versions of company client database.

Supervision of DDI/CCWIS Coordinator, EHR Trainer, EHR Administrator, utilizing the Company model for supervision, Supervision for Success.

Create and monitor budget for department financial success.

Follow Company Policy and Procedure and operate according to the Company’s Program Practice Guidelines.
