Job Description:

Embassy Suites Lombard is seeking a reliable and friendly individual to join our team as a Breakfast Attendant. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests start their day off right by providing exceptional service during our complimentary breakfast hours.

Responsibilities:

• Set up breakfast buffet according to established standards, ensuring a clean and inviting presentation.
• Greet guests warmly and assist them with any inquiries or special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the breakfast area throughout service hours.
• Monitor and replenish food and beverage items as needed to ensure a consistent offering.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Assist with dishwashing and cleaning duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.

Schedule:

• Part-time position, primarily weekends.
• Shifts typically start early morning and may vary based on hotel occupancy.
