Job Description: As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
• Training new housekeeping team members and providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspecting guest rooms and public areas regularly to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
• Coordinating with other departments to prioritize cleaning tasks and respond promptly to guest requests and concerns.
• Managing inventory and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
• Assisting with scheduling and payroll administration as needed.
