Embassy of India is seeking candidates for the position of Chauffeur.
Requirements:
- Good working knowledge of English.
- The candidate should possess a valid driver’s license and should possess driving experience of at least 3 years;
- Should either be a US citizen, having Green Card or Employment Authorization Card (EAD)
- The selection will be done on the basis of personal interview and road skill test.
Duties include:
- Driving Embassy vehicle during the weekdays, odd working hours and also during weekends/holidays on need basis.
- To drive official vehicle to various destinations within and outside DC;
- To maintain logbook of the vehicle allotted;
- To maintain and keep allotted vehicle tidy and clean;
- Any other work assigned from time to time.
