Job Description:

Position Overview:
The Inventory and Facility Management Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our airbnb/short term rental properties by maintaining adequate stock levels of essential items and overseeing various facility-related tasks. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:
• Regularly conduct inventory checks to ensure sufficient stock levels of essential items including propane, filters, batteries, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, etc.
• Check and organize tv remotes to ensure they are in their designated locations.
• Facility Maintenance:
• Conduct visual inspections of TVs to identify any damages or malfunctions.
• Coordinate repairs or replacements as necessary to maintain a high standard of quality.
• Conduct calendar checks to ensure timely scheduling of maintenance tasks and appointments.
• Cleaning Oversight:
• Supervise cleaners and ensure they uphold a high cleaning standard in all facilities.
• Provide guidance and support to cleaners as needed to address any issues or concerns.
• Waste Management:
• Ensure garbage is rolled out on designated trash days and rolled back up after collection.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in garbage storage areas.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and contractors.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
