Virtual IOP Therapist - Contract, part-time

Pay: $45.00 - 55.00 per hour DOE

Embark operates facilities across the US that support adolescents, young adults and their families by offering a full continuum of care from Residential to our IOP/PHP clinics to virtual intensive outpatient care. Our Virtual IOP clinics are a critical part of our strategy to increase access to life-saving mental health treatments for families with insurance.

At Embark Virtual IOP Therapist is supported by an experienced Executive Director, Clinical Director, Therapists, and Administrative Team that are all focused on the mission to facilitate lasting positive change for young people and their families. This is an hourly position and group hours are from 1-7pm PST, 2-8pm MST, 3-9pm CST, or 4-10 pm EST. We hire across the United States!

Responsibilities

• Primary therapist serving ages 12-28. Must have a passion for working with this population.
• Various responsibilities include running IOP group, individual therapy, family therapy, and treatment team/discharge planning discussion.
• We require a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week during our group hours 1-7pm PST, 2-8pm MST, 3-9pm CST, or 4-10 pm EST.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed therapist – LPC, LMFT, or LCSW. Must be willing to pursue licensure in additional states (fully reimbursed by company).
• Licensed in California, Georgia, Virginia, and/or Maryland strongly preferred.
• A desire to facilitate client growth through a team approach, working with other care providers.
• A desire to perform and develop counseling/therapeutic expertise in individual, family, and group therapy.
• Preferred – Two years of working experience as a licensed therapist leading individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Preferred – One year of experience using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.
• Preferred -- Experience practicing DBT, TF-CBT
• Bonus if have experience with ERP.
