Responsibilities

We are looking for individuals who demonstrate empathy to adolescents who struggle with mental health issues.

Positions Hiring For :

• Mental Health Therapist Pay $70,000 - $85,000 annually Schedule Full-time, Monday - Friday 9 : 00am - 5 : 00pm, On-Site Perks Opportunity for $4,000 annual raise for the first 2 years of employment$7,500 signing bonus ($3,000 at 90 days, $3,000 at 6 months, $1,500 at 9 months)
• Residential Youth Mentor Pay $19.25 - $22.00 per hour Schedule Full-time : 3 10-hour shifts per week : Sun-Tues or Wed-Fri, daytime or swing shiftsFlexibility to schedule additional shifts to achieve 40 hours / weekRotating monthly 12-hour Saturday shift Part-time : Saturday & Sunday or On Call shifts Perks $3-$6 shift differential for short notice or night shift coverageEnjoy complimentary meals prepared by our talented chef while on duty!
• Residential Shift Supervisor Pay $22.25 - $25.00 per hour Schedule 4 10-hour shifts / week-

Sun-Wed day shift or Tues-Fri swing shiftRotating monthly 12-hour Saturday shift Perks $1,000 Sign-On Bonus$3-$6 shift differential for short notice or night shift coverageOpportunity for $0.
