We are looking for an Interim Senior Director of Content Operations to lead our editorial team and support the streamlining of our content operations. 

As Senior Director of Content Operations, you will provide day-to-day leadership of our edit team and help build on our efforts to streamline our content creation process. This is a high-profile role for someone who is excited about creating B2B content focused on media, marketing and commerce, and who can bring rigor, discipline and analytical thinking to the magic of content creation.

This is a 6-month fixed term role reporting directly into our VP, Executive Editor.

• Lead the day-to-day operations of our line edit, copy edit, and chart edit teams
• Manage a team of line editors, as well as the copy edit and chart edit leads and continue to develop our edit skill sets
• Set up reporting on the output and productivity levels of our editorial teams
• Strengthen the documentation and training materials on our processes and editorial principles
• Identify and help deliver on opportunities for streamlining our report creation and editorial processes
• Support pilots on automating parts of the content creation process with generative AI
• Oversee the operations of our international offices and manage relationship with our global sourcing partner

• Experience with content creation or editing
• Ability to analyze processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Proven project management skills
• Experience managing a team of at least five people
• Experience working with offshore partners a plus
• Experience working with generative AI a plus

• Fixed six-month full-time leave coverage
• Annual base Salary: 140,000 - 150,000
