Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, highly organized, and patient-focused individual to join our team. As the Front Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front office, ensuring efficient and professional patient care.

Duties:
- Manage and coordinate front office activities, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and greeting patients
- File and record insurance claims and payments for procedures
- Verify insurance and input patient information
- Handle data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Delegate duties to staff members to maintain efficient and structured routines
- Discuss treatment plans and payment options with patients

Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a dental office setting
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in computerized systems
- Excellent patient communication skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Knowledge of office management principles and procedures
- Experience in dealing with insurance companies, procedure coding, and handling claim payments
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with phone systems and proper phone etiquette

Our office hours are Monday-Thursday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with a lunch break from 1-2 pm. Our office prides itself on providing exceptional patient care in a relaxed atmosphere.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
