Shop Planner Details :

• Contract to Hire position
• $ to $ / hour
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06 : 00am to 03 : 30pm)
• Create and manage all service orders
• Create all service quotes and failure reports
• Verify that repair costs do not exceed the cost of new pumps
• interface with sales and management to provide timelines for repairs and production orders
• Keep all job filed organized, including pictures, assembly reports, disassembly reports, and balance files.
• Ensure all correct backup documentation is submitted accounting
• Perform quality control checks on all projects

Shop Planner Qualifications :

• Mechanical aptitude
• Familiarity with basic computer software, including Microsoft Office
• Experience in planning and scheduling
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and problem solving abilities
• Ability to quickly learn ERP Prophet 21 and vendor software programs
• Familiarity with MSDS (Material safety Data Sheets)
