Maintenance Tech I Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $18.00 /annually
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Plumbing
• Carpentry
• Electrical
• Heating
• Landscaping
• General Preparation of Vacant Units
• General Equipment Repair

Maintenance Tech I Qualifications:

• Hold a current Class C Wyoming Driver's License
• Maintain a good driving record to remain insurable

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
