Hiring Immediately - Shop technicians are hired and paid based on an assessment of skills and aptitude. Each tier has it's own list of standards that all technicians are expected to meet on a day-by-day basis. All technicians are first and foremost expected to use systems in place, such as Fullbay and Trello, effectively and efficiently.

Heavy Duty Diesel Technician Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $20.00 to $42.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Full understanding of diagnostic processes
• Comprehensive understanding of air brake systems, suspension, HVAC, electrical systems, and cab and chassis systems

Heavy Duty Diesel Technician Qualifications:

• A, B, and C Levels
• Diagnose and repair most malfunctions Exhibits understanding and can repair most electrical issues
• Exhibits understanding and can repair most HVAC issues
• Exhibits understanding and can repair most air brake system issues
• Exhibits understanding and can repair most cab and chassis issues
• Has CDL and is able to test drive vehicles is a plus but not required
• Can assist lower-level technicians with repairs and diagnosis

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
