Co-op Program Coordinator

Co-op Program Coordinator Details :

  • Contract to Hire position
  • $ to $ / hour
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday)

Scheduling Interviews :

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews
  • Manage interview logistics, including booking rooms, arranging video or phone interviews, etc.
  • Communicate necessary information to all parties

Co-op Program Events & Communication

  • Research, plan and execute co-op events
  • Assist with managing the budget across each fiscal year
  • Lead communications for co-op related items
  • Assist with co-op orientations

Travel Arrangements

  • Arrange travel accommodations for candidates, including flights, hotels, transportation, etc.
  • Provide detailed itineraries and travel instructions
  • Coordinate reimbursement processes for candidate travel expenses with the finance department

Cross-Training Initiatives

  • Develop and implement cross-training programs for Recruiter Coordinators
  • Create and maintain detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all recruiting coordination tasks
  • Mentor and guide junior Recruiter Coordinators, sharing best practices
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance the recruitment coordination process
  • Collaborate with team members to assess current processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose and implement solutions

Collaboration and Communication

  • Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other HR team members
  • Communicate effectively with external vendors, candidates, and internal stakeholders

Exceptional Customer Experience

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates
  • Gather feedback from candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Anticipate and address potential challenges

Co-op Program Coordinator Qualifications :

  • Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, related field preferred or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment coordination or related administrative roles
  • Proficient in using scheduling tools, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Less than 1 hour ago
