- $ 16.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Various shifts available
- Ensure personal safety, food safety and quality protocols are followed.
- Receive shipments from vendors, check packing slips/invoices for accuracy and ensure quantities received are as stated; confer with suppliers regarding late deliveries; maintain appropriate records.
- Directly issue parts received to open work orders or place parts in the proper location within the parts room.
- Contact vendors to obtain price bids; prepare parts requisitions; obtain purchase order numbers from the bakery’s purchasing policies
- Be detail oriented and able to meet deadlines.
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially when interacting with staff, suppliers, and community partners.
- Display the ability to multi-task and be effective in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Outlook calendar and email management, written and oral communication skills
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
