- $ 25.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )
- Payroll, employee timecards, filing for payroll taxes
- AR, AP, daily invoicing,
- Human Resources, employee files
- Processing of Sales Rep Commissions
- General ledger with QuickBooks, P/L, and balance sheet
- Customer Support
- Office Management and office supply ordering
- 5 years of bookkeeping experience
- Human Resources experience is a plus
- QuickBooks experience is preferred
- Must be able to multi-task while paying attention to detail.
- Financial Reporting experience
- Ability to work autonomously and with the front office team
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
