Applicant must hold a current Indiana teaching license or possess a Bachelor's Degree to achieve emergency licensure. Additional schooling to achieve state licensure will be required.
Applicant must demonstrate a sincere desire to teach and work with a diverse population, including at-risk students.
Applicant must be able to work collaboratively with peers and administrators.
Implement and monitor online programs for alternative education/credit recovery.
Create and implement lessons for life skills as part of educational programming.
Implement/record grades for every online student.
Supervise students in the alternative education program.
Communicate with parents/students on daily attendance.
Communicate with the Guidance Department on progress monitoring.
Compile and complete all required data and reports for state reporting.
