Overview:
I am looking for a Fence Installer Foreman/Manager, this person will be in charge of a 1-3 man crew that will carry out the installation process of any fencing job. This person needs to have atleast 5 years of experience in running a fencing crew, truck, trailer and tools.

Once a relationship is established, I can provide vehicle, tools, and more compensation.

Responsibilities:
- Install various types of fences including wood, vinyl, chain-link, and aluminum
- Measure and mark fence lines according to specifications
- Dig post holes and set posts in concrete
- Assemble gates, hardware, and other fence components
- Repair or replace damaged fences
- Ensure work is completed efficiently and meets quality standards

Skills:
- Proficiency in construction management software
- Experience with budgeting for fence installation projects
- Knowledge of construction contracts and management processes
- Familiarity with Primavera for project scheduling
- Ability to perform construction estimating for fence projects
- Competence in reading blueprints and schematics
- Understanding of OSHA regulations for safety compliance
- Experience in supervising a team of installers
