This is a full-time position that is scheduled 9am - 6 pm, Monday to Friday. The pay is $15 - $20 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. This position is onsite at our center located: 450 W Welbourne Avenue Winter Park, FL 32789
The Co-Teacher plans and implements curriculum for the 3 year-old classroom, serves as a model and mentor, and coordinates engaging developmental activities for children. You’ll have the opportunity to build a dynamic classroom environment, create fun-filled learning activities, and support the growth and success of children.

What You’ll Do:
• Coordinate and implement educational curriculum by developing classroom activities based on developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards
• Lead by example and encourage teaching team success through modeling and coaching
• Plan individual and group age-appropriate activities to engage children and encourage social, cognitive, and emotional growth
• Follow all Welbourne policies and state regulations
• Maintain a personal professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement
What We Need from You:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent and/or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field of study
• 45 DCF hours required, and CDA preferred
• Must clear a full level II DCF background check
• At least 1 year of professional early childhood training/experience and 1 year of childcare experience preferred
• CPR Certification and First Aid required
