The pay is $13 -15 per hour depending on experience and qualifications with incentive pay. The 2 Year old Toddler Teacher develops a cohesive teaching team, coordinates the curriculum for our 2 year old ages and manages the day-to-day operational activities of the classroom. The Teacher in this role should be high energy and able to work well with staff, students, and parents. You’ll have the opportunity to be a leader in the classroom, champion a team environment, and provide fun-filled learning opportunities while making a positive impact on the lives of children.What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate and implement educational curriculum for children ages 2 years by developing classroom activities based on developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards
• Lead by example and encourage success through modeling and coaching
• Plan individual and group age-appropriate activities to engage children and encourage social, cognitive, and emotional growth
• Follow all facility policies and state regulations
• Maintain a personal and professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement

What We Need from You:

• High school Diploma and/or degree in related field of study required• FL DCF 45 hours Required with a CDA preferably• FL DCF Transcript – Please send transcript to aracicot@source2.com. You can retrieve the transcript from https://training01-dcf.myflorida.com/studentsite/admin/signin• Willingness to obtain VPK Teacher credentials from DCF
• Must clear a full DCF background check
• At least 1 year of professional early childhood training/experience • CPR, First Aid, and Fire Extinguisher Certification completion within 30 days of employment• Fluent in both English and Spanish is a Plus
