Position Overview: Looking for a talented Commercial Superintendent with a strong background in overseeing commercial construction projects in San Antonio. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing all phases of construction, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and oversee commercial construction projects in San Antonio, managing all aspects of on-site construction activities from start to finish.
2. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met in terms of schedule, budget, and quality.
3. Develop and implement detailed project schedules, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and timely completion of milestones.
4. Monitor construction progress, identify potential issues or delays, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
5. Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations, conducting regular site inspections and addressing any safety concerns promptly.
6. Manage project budgets and expenses, tracking costs, analyzing variances, and implementing cost-saving measures as needed.
7. Maintain open communication with clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing any concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
8. Supervise and mentor on-site construction teams, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure work is performed to the highest standards.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
3. Proven track record of successfully managing commercial construction projects in San Antonio, ranging from $5M to $20M in value.
4. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques, with the ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
5. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse project teams.
6. Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification preferred.
