Description

• Directs team and their activities relating to Wood Frame projects, including apartment complexes, senior living, and educational housing
• Upholds project standards and ensures specifications are met
• Conducts safety and quality control inspections
• Maintains established contractual requirements to manage quality standards

Profile

• Experience leading ground-up Wood Frame projects including apartment complexes, senior living, and educational housing
• 3 years experience in Wood Frame builds
• Interpret contract documents, specifications, and project schedules
• Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office suite, and SharePoint
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
