A key General Contractor are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Estimator to join their dynamic team. As a key member of our construction management department, the Construction Estimator will play a crucial role in analyzing project requirements, developing cost estimates, and supporting the mission to deliver high-quality construction projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have 3 years’ experience as an Construction Estimator, a strong background in commercial construction, possess excellent analytical and communication skills, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities of the Construction Estimator:

  • Project Analysis
  • Cost Estimation
  • Bid Preparation
  • Vendor and Subcontractor Relations
  • Cost Control
  • Documentation and Reporting

Requirements of the Construction Estimator:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Commercial Estimator in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in construction estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
