```Duties```
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company standards.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and develop strategies for prevention.
- Coordinate safety training programs for employees, including new hire orientation, refresher courses, and specialized training as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, inspections, training sessions, and corrective actions taken.
- Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of safety awareness and accountability.
- Stay up-to-date with current occupational health and safety regulations and industry best practices.

```Requirements```
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field preferred.
- Certification in CPR, First Aid, and OSHA standards required.
- Knowledge of EPA regulations, workers compensation laws, and fabricating industry safety practices.
- Strong understanding of root cause analysis techniques and the ability to apply them in incident investigations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively train employees on safety procedures.
- Experience in developing and implementing safety programs and policies.
- Familiarity with workers compensation claims management processes.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
