Ideal candidates will possess the following:

• Electrical, plumbing, and carpentry knowledge
• HVAC Certifications required
• Excellent customer service and positive attitude
• 2 years of construction and/or multifamily maintenance experience required
• Proven track record of working with large teams effectively and efficiently
• $23-$26 based on experience and certifications. Commission and Bonus Eligible.
