As a working Maintenance Professional, you will work closely with your support team: Community Manager, District Manager, Regional Project manager, and Regional VP.

· We are looking for an experienced maintenance technician who has excellent scheduling abilities, strong work ethic, knowledge, and positive attitude. This position is full time. You must have basic hand tools and a valid Driver's License with dependable transportation. You must have the ability to get up alongside of roofs of single-story constructions, be on-call for, and must be comfortable in small spaces as buildings are constructed on a crawl space.

· General Maintenance Activities: Ensures the completion of all market-ready apartments, apartment upgrades, emergency and non-emergency service requests, various maintenance activities, community inspections, and maintain immaculate grounds and curb appeal.
